I have sent three Emails directly to you via "HELP & CONTACT" tab above in the last 60 Days.
No response so far.
Not even an acknowledgment you are looking into the problem.
1 - This is affecting my sales. (That Bothers ME!)
2 - This is causing me to pay too much of a commission to you guys. (That doesn't really bother me as your prices are more than reasonable)
3 - It is making customers unhappy (That bothers me a great deal!)
Overview of problem. EXAMPLE:
Customer buys a fixed price item for $7.77 USD
I note the sale in my "CLOSED" sale portion of Delcampe in the morning when I send customers invoices.
Unknown to me The invoice show a sold amount other than $7.77 (Usually it is higher by a few cents). [There really is no way I would catch that under the present invoice system.]
When the customer gets the invoice they note the difference (In some cases) and ask what is going on, They ASSUME that I have changed the invoice somehow. (Note: that is not possible for the item sold price)
There is no way to change the sold price of an item in the present Delcampe invoice system.
Presently the system changes the sold prices of some items (about 1/5 th and not any others).....
Could you please chech into this and give me a status if possible.

That's my own fault. Indeed, such problem is managed by myself as it is about the bidding system.
I promise you to look into this asap, but to be honest, I am really all the time working. Site is growing fastly.
Do not hesitate to submit cases to Melanie. She manages to send them to me and summarize all.

I do agree that the site is growing nicely. I have staff listing and working on Delcampe 7 days a week now.
For your info: I have ended my affiliation with Ebay as of this week. Sales here are as good as, and the people much nicer, as they ever were on Ebay.
I also do not mean to be a pain about my "problems" here on Delcampe.
I only want to know someone has received my concerns. I am then content to wait until you guys have time to get to it (the problem)
Please note: My three previous email have gone to Melanie. I never received a reply.
A simple message like yours or even just a quick "We will look into it at the earliest possible time" would have been enough for me to wait for you guys.
It is when there is no reply, or no response, that one begins to wonder if the problem is of any concern to anyone.
That "perception" often outweighs the reality of an issue.
The site is growing at a very nice rate and I am more than pleased with you and your staff.
If I may , I would like to suggest something:
Perhaps you could have Melanie post some quick answers to questions for other members on Delcampe USA once every two weeks or so.
It would do much to defeat the "perception" that the English web site parts of Delcampe are an "after thought" rather than a "focus" of Delcampe.

I think our emails may be in you "spam" box, because I replied to you myself about this matter on August 18th, and Melanie tried to contact you on August 25th (marketing) and July 28th (this matter).
Did you receive these emails ? I send them again now to your email box and your Delcampe "My Messages" box.

I did not get them in my email or in my spam box of my yahoo account. I have contacted yahoo and asked them to look into the matter for me.

The problem is back. I have sent three more emails via the method you suggested to Delcampe.
No reply.
I now have a gmail email account and have checked through all the spam for any "missing" emails from Delcampe. There are none yet.
I have several customers writing to me and complaining about this problem.
The problem is back yet again.... when will it be fixed?
